Returns
For any return it is necessary that the product is in perfect condition. With its labels, packaging, no signs of use and a maximum of 15 days have elapsed since delivery.

Since the refund is confirmed, you will receive your money within a maximum period of 24 hours. The cost of the return is borne by the customer.
Changes
Free for the client within the Peninsula*. To carry out any change, send an email to contact@downunderbcn.com indicating "change and order number".

*Down Under will only be responsible for the shipping/handling cost of the first change. If the client wishes to make a second change, the cost will be borne by him.
